GENERAL QUESTIONS

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please email us if you have any questions about your order.

 

CAN I COME PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes ! We are located in the Mile End of Montreal. Just select the "Pick up at the studio" option at checkout. Our address is 5752 Blvd Saint-Laurent, in Montreal.

 

WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?

Our standard stock is a Cougar cover super smooth 100 lbs / 270 gms, although we do print sometimes on other papers. All our papers are acid-free and come from certified forests (FSC).   

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for custom orders.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS BOUGHT IN YOUR STORE?

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We do not accept Baltic Club products bought from other stores.

 

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

We currently ship all Canada & US orders with Canada Post from our shipping and fulfillment studio in Montreal, QC. International orders will ship with DHL or Canada Post. Baltic Club is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.  

 

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, we do. We’re excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart, you’ll be able to select your country and view the options available to you. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.  

 

CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS IN STORES?

At this time we are accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks and direct bank transfers. If you would like to get in touch with us about a different billing method please feel free to contact us. Payments are processed by Stripe.

 
CURRENCY
Our website displays prices in Canadian dollars. If you wish to know our prices in your own currency, we invite you to visit our Etsy account, where you can shop in your own settings. 

 
SALES TAX
We are not required to collect sales tax on any order outside Canada. For all Canadian orders, a provincial and federal tax will apply.
